RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Color City Automotive Paint & Supply, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of the products we sell, certain items cannot be returned or refunded. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
------------------------------------------------------------

Only eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery and only after receiving prior authorization from Color City Automotive Paint & Supply.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused.
• Be unopened and in its original sealed packaging.
• Be in resalable condition.
• Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Products returned without prior authorization may be refused.

NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
------------------------------------------------------------

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, canceled, or adjusted:

• Custom mixed automotive paint.
• Custom color-matched paint.
• Custom-filled aerosol spray paint.
• Opened paint products.
• Primers that have been opened.
• Hardeners.
• Activators.
• Reducers.
• Thinners.
• Catalysts.
• Hazardous materials.
• Clearance or closeout items.
• Special-order products.
• Any product that has been opened, used, mixed, altered, or partially consumed.

CUSTOM MIXED PAINT AND CUSTOM-FILLED AEROSOLS
------------------------------------------------------------

Custom mixed automotive paint, custom color-matched paint, and custom-filled aerosol spray paint are manufactured specifically for each customer's order.

Once the paint mixing process has begun or an aerosol has been filled, the order cannot be modified, canceled, returned, exchanged, adjusted, or refunded.

These products are FINAL SALE.

Custom-filled aerosol spray paint cannot be adjusted because the paint cannot be recovered once it has been filled into the aerosol can.

No exceptions will be made for custom-filled aerosol products.

FACTORY COLOR VARIANTS
------------------------------------------------------------

Many vehicle manufacturers produce multiple factory color variants under the same paint code.

Unless otherwise agreed, Color City Automotive Paint & Supply will prepare the standard manufacturer variant available in our color system.

Factory color variants are a normal characteristic of the automotive refinishing industry and are not considered product defects.

Differences caused by factory color variants are not grounds for returns, refunds, exchanges, adjustments, or claims.

COLOR ADJUSTMENTS (LIQUID PAINT ONLY)
------------------------------------------------------------

Color adjustments are available only for customers located in Michigan and only for liquid paint products.

To qualify for a color adjustment:

• The paint must remain in its original container.
• No reducer has been added.
• No activator has been added.
• No hardener has been added.
• No thinner has been added.
• The paint must not have been used.

Color adjustments are provided solely at the discretion of Color City Automotive Paint & Supply and are not guaranteed.

Due to limitations in vehicle finishes, factory color variants, available tinting systems, pigments, previous repairs, fading, oxidation, weathering, and other factors beyond our control, some colors cannot be adjusted to achieve an exact or satisfactory match.

If we determine that a color cannot reasonably be adjusted, no refund, exchange, replacement, or store credit will be provided.

COLOR VERIFICATION AND APPLICATION
------------------------------------------------------------

Customers are strongly advised to perform a spray-out test and verify the color match before applying paint to any vehicle or part.

Automotive paint appearance and performance may vary depending on numerous factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Surface preparation.
• Sanding procedures.
• Primer color and type.
• Sealer color.
• Product compatibility.
• Mixing ratios.
• Reducers, activators, and hardeners used.
• Spray equipment.
• Spray gun setup.
• Air pressure.
• Spray technique.
• Number of coats applied.
• Flash times.
• Drying and curing conditions.
• Temperature.
• Humidity.
• Environmental contaminants.
• Existing vehicle finish.
• Previous repairs or repainting.

Color City Automotive Paint & Supply cannot guarantee the final appearance or performance of paint after application because these factors are beyond our control.

Customers are solely responsible for verifying the color before applying paint to an entire vehicle or part.

Once paint has been applied, it is considered accepted by the customer.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, store credit, replacement products, or color adjustments will not be provided due to color dissatisfaction or application-related issues after the paint has been applied.

Color City Automotive Paint & Supply is not responsible for labor charges, repainting costs, materials, rental vehicles, towing expenses, loss of use, business interruption, lost profits, or any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from product application or color dissatisfaction.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
------------------------------------------------------------

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number.
• Photographs of the product.
• Photographs of the shipping package.
• A description of the issue.

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

We will review the claim and, if approved, provide an appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.

RETURN SHIPPING
------------------------------------------------------------

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error made by Color City Automotive Paint & Supply.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the returned product is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.

REFUNDS
------------------------------------------------------------

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a returned product does not meet the conditions described in this policy, the return may be denied and the product may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
