## Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.
Custom-mixed automotive paint and custom-filled aerosol products require additional processing time and may ship later than standard inventory items.
Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING METHODS

We ship orders using carriers selected by Color City Automotive Paint & Supply.
Available shipping methods may vary depending on the destination, package size, weight, and applicable shipping regulations.
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS (HAZMAT)
------------------------------------------------------------
Certain products sold by Color City Automotive Paint & Supply may be classified as Hazardous Materials (HazMat) and are subject to federal, state, local, and carrier shipping regulations.
Some products may not be eligible for shipment to certain destinations or through certain shipping carriers.
If an order cannot be shipped due to hazardous material regulations or carrier restrictions, Color City Automotive Paint & Supply reserves the right to cancel the order before shipment and issue a refund for eligible non-custom products, or contact the customer to arrange an alternative shipping method, if available.
Custom-mixed paint and custom-filled aerosol products remain Final Sale and are not eligible for cancellation or refund once production has begun, even if shipping options become limited due to hazardous material regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipments to locations where applicable laws, regulations, or carrier policies prohibit delivery.
Certain products may require ground transportation only and cannot be shipped by air.

Color City Automotive Paint & Supply is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, hazardous material handling requirements, customs, natural disasters, strikes, or events beyond our reasonable control.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer once the shipment has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
If a package is lost, damaged, or delayed in transit, customers should contact both the shipping carrier and Color City Automotive Paint & Supply so that we may assist with the carrier's claim process when applicable.
Color City Automotive Paint & Supply is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.

STORE PICKUP

Store Pickup is available for eligible orders.
Customers will receive notification when their order is ready for pickup.
A valid government-issued photo ID may be required when picking up an order.

ORDER INSPECTION

Customers should inspect all products immediately upon delivery.
Any shipping damage, missing items, or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
